Motivation💎 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ What is motivation? The idea of motivation is derived from the word 'MOTIVE' which means desires, wants/needs or drives within an individual. These desires and wants are different for everybody and have stemmed from different places, important to the individual. MOTIVATION is ones direct behaviour, almost like a force behind the motives. Motivation is personal to you, you may find your inspiration within yourself (intrinsic) or could be inspired by certain people or events (extrinsic). Ya he hablado alguna vez que no debemos entrenar por fines estéticos, sino más bien por tu salud, pero quizás deba reconocer que puedo equivocarme😲... ¿Y a que viene esto? 🤔
👉🏽Hoy en día, con las redes sociales (aunque tampoco creas todo lo que ves en ellas...), la estética al final también implica salud, porque a todo el mundo nos gusta vernos bien, sentirnos bien con nosotros mismo en todos los aspectos... , por lo que si una persona decide cuidarse con el objetivo de la estética ya por lo menos se ha conseguido que tenga un motivo para cuidarse... Y aquí entra la labor de un entrenador para que ese objetivo se realice de forma saludable, porque como alguna vez he dicho, no todo vale...
👉🏽Así que si tu objetivo es la estética no dudes en buscar un buen entrenador, nutricionista,... Que te guíe para conseguir los mejores resultados y siempre para que no perjudique tu Salud💪🏽👌🏽

💥Lift one leg until your knee is at the same height as your hip. Straighten your arms out fully and there you go. You now have a good setup to find the hip crease during a snatch. This grip will be different for each individual.

OHP TM test day. I actually felt great so I decided to go for a PR. I finished at 4 reps with 60 kilos which is a new estimated 1RM max for me. I am very excited because this is my weakest lift and I am in a slight deicift for the last couple of months

Seeing @shaundmitri @danielunabiapt and @joshnader prepare to compete at @melbournestrengthculture really makes me want to compete again. There's nothing better than putting your strength on the line, on that platform.

However, at this moment, my goals aren't to compete and isn't specifically focused on powerlifting. I'm still training SBD (squat, bench, deadlift), but also adding in lots of variety and my sessions have been very sporadic and unscheduled.

It's been hard taking a step back and rebuilding, but I understand that sometimes it's necessary to step back and re-evaluate your goals and what you want to achieve, to realign yourself.

DAY 1 of the ATHLETE PROGRAM: Acceleration + heavy upper body strength training (push & pull)

The new 'Athlete program' is disigned to:
1)Get you faster (linear & lateral speed)
2)Get you more explosive/powerful (plyometrics & Olympic lifts/speedlifts)
3)Get you stronger, merely on the benchpress , Squat & Deadlift. (=more as foundation for RFD)
.
This program puts the emphasis on athletic performance such as sprinting/jumping & change of direction alongside with increasing the athlete's power production (RFD)
.

2° Posto Roma Throwdown 🥈, buon risultato anche se con l’amaro in bocca dopo aver vinto 3 Wod e un 2° posto su 7 totali.

Detto questo peccato perchè ci avevamo creduto fino alla fine ma purtroppo il @romathrowdown si è rivelata una gara totalmente non all’altezza delle aspettative, aldilà della pioggia che sicuramente porta disagio ma viste le previsioni che la mettevano da 2 settimane magari organizzarsi diversamente sarebbe stato opportuno, classifiche inaccessibili per tutti i 2 giorni di gara, come si fa a gareggiare senza sapere i risultati? Wod FIPE sponsorizzato per mesi e mesi con il coefficiente Sinclair che non è stato usato per i Team e senza dire niente dopo averci fatto pesare. Giudici imparziali dall’inizio alla fine, non adatti al loro ruolo, scorecard sbagliate, tempi scritti a caso e chi più ne ha più ne metta. 
Gara che si pubblicizza come internazionale ma che di internazionale ha solo le figure di merda che fa ormai da 2 anni!! More muscles worked means more lean muscle and less fat in the long run. Form is very vital to this exercise as well as it is commonly performed with poor form. One needs to spread their feet wide, with their weight on their heels, and the bar below their bent knees before grasping the bar and using ones legs to pull the bar from the floor followed by keeping a straight back and standing up accordingly!
