I love fitness. I love travelling. How do I sustainably combine both? I spend most of my travels on the road in a van or in the woods in a tent, away from society and accessible gyms. Usually the only exercise I get in on trips is hiking. I miss the weight and feeling my muscles building. Starting early 2020 I’ll be living out van on the road for months.. HOW am I going to stay in shape in the middle of nature?? 100 reps of body weight squats everyday isn’t going to cut it.
I’m throwing this out here because I’d love to create a usable program for nomads, frequent flyers, van lifers, or any gym rat on vacation, who need something while they are away from their fitness routine, short or long term.
